"We've detected suspicious activity on your Amazon account and unauthorised items have been added to your Amazon basket."

The caller asks you to:

✅Download a remote access software app (so they can access your phone)

✅Ask you to permit them access 

✅Share your screen

✅Provide ID documents for verification purposes
